    I have been doing figureFIT! for approximately 5 years. Always an avid exerciser, I started figureFIT! classes as a way to strengthen my core, and truthfully supplement my running regime so I would be more competitive. For years I ran a marathon time of approximately 3:50. After one year of figureFIT! I dropped my time to a 3:39 (on a course I ran numerous times before). While a ruptured tendon has limited my running, I have been able to continue figureFIT! and have noticed a marked difference in both strength and toning. In addition to positive physical changes, figureFIT! also benefits my mental wellbeing as it helps reduce stress. I have less lower back pain and a more positive attitude. Two of my kids (collegiate athletes) have joined in of the figureFIT! workouts as well. I love working out with them and they too love the workouts. I also love being part of Liz's tribe as we work together to push each other, laugh together and have fun while working out-hard.

    Before figureFIT! I had focused on eating right and working out but never added the most important component, mindset. The meditations and positive affirmations that Liz focuses on are a game changer for me. I have had many family members and friends tell me I am more calm and grounded since incorporating daily meditation. I love that Liz is REAL... She does not paint an unrealistic picture, she realizes we all have struggles and helps find ways to rise above them. Her workouts are crazy tough, but you find yourself craving them and wondering what she will come up with next! Liz really makes you feel like YOU matter, and has helped me learn to love myself and my life again.
