It's actually so much to type out here so the best way to say this is... imagine all your bad habits broken, your digestive issues fixed, your body in the best shape it's ever been, knowing exactly what to eat and when, when to turn to meditation, and when to turn to a trusted member of the tribe for support.. and you on a path towards the life you've always envisioned. That pretty much sums it all up.
You can join our online program and you will receive all the benefits listed below for the figureFIT! Lifestyle Program or you can work with Liz one-on-one in a custom built plan or mentoring package. The choice is yours - you just have to decide how fast you want those changes.
In the online figureFIT! Lifestyle Program, you'll receive your very own personal trainer, yoga & meditation teacher, nutrition coach, and life coach. It’s a comprehensive “healthy balance” plan that covers everything from workouts to stress management and nutrition to goal setting and the list goes on. You can sign up for this program at ANY TIME.
Members on the figureFIT! Lifestyle Program will Receive:
- 3 High-Intense Workouts Per Month: The figureFIT! workouts are to be done each week - you will pick the days you workout, but you will have 3 workout routines to get through each week. These workouts will be NEW each month to prevent your body from hitting that plateau, they will challenge you, and keep you striving to do better with each and every workout.
- Videos: Every workout will have video demonstrations to show you how to do the exercises. Videos will include demonstrations for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
- Weight Lifting Program & HIIT Workouts
- A Monthly Cardio Calendar showing you what your weekly/monthly workout schedule should look like outside of the 3 figureFIT! workouts in order to reach your goals..
- Nutrition Coach: Online monthly members will also receive exclusive access to the Nutrition section of the website with a the figureFIT! Paleo Food Guide, meal planning guides and TONS of recipes. This section will give you nutrition advice on healthy portion sizes and what are the BEST foods to be eating while you are on this program in order to see results. The recipes are the best of the best, TASTY, and you will never leave a meal feeling deprived!
- Recipes: Tons of great recipe ideas for those of you looking to stay fit and still eat yummy delicious foods. We have gluten free, dairy free, nut free, FODMAP free, nightshade free recipes for all of your diet needs.
- Yoga Videos that will teach you all you need to know about yoga or help you advance your practice. You will be able to select yoga videos based on your level and/or mood. Whether you choose yoga 101 to learn yoga or power yoga to get rid of some stress, it’s all here at your fingertips.
- Meditation Audio Clips that will help you focus, remove the stress, and break through barriers that hold you back.
- Private Group Support Page: Members will have exclusive access to our private group page so you can check in, get motivated, and ask your trainer questions in order to reach your goals. You will have daily access to support, your trainer, nutrition coaches, and others on the program. This private page and the group coaching calls are the most crucial piece to your transformation, so check-in, ask questions, stay involved and motivated, and let us hear your voice!
- Group Coaching Calls: Every month I have group coaching calls where I will be giving you help, tips, and resent findings from clinical research in the fitness and health industry. This is also where you can ask questions, get advice, get motivated, stay accountable to yourself, and be part of a like-minded community. It is here where your trainer will discuss many of the underlying problems that often result in unmet goals.

Your Very Own Personal Trainer & Yoga Teacher
The figureFIT! Lifestyle Program includes workouts that will get you in the best shape of your life whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete. Every month you will receive a new set of challenging workouts that you will do 3x per week (or more). Using only dumbbells and your own body weight, you will be able to do these workouts at home, in the gym, outdoors, or traveling. So no matter where you live, no matter what your fitness level, these workouts are here to help YOU get your figure FIT! In addition, you will have unlimited access to the yoga, meditation, and nutrition sections of the website where you will dig deeper and truly create change in your life.
Fitness / Cardio Calendar
Often we are just not sure how much or how little we need to do in order to meet our fitness or weight loss goals. Every month, in addition to your figureFIT! workouts you will receive a “Fitness/Cardio Calendar” that will show you EXACTLY what your monthly workout schedule should look like in order for you to meet your goals.
Nutrition Educators at Your Fingertips
Liz and other top certified nutrition educators are going to pass on to you everything they know about nutrition and even AMAZING healthy recipes for all sorts of diets! But just so you know, this is NOT a diet; this is a way of life, eating whole/real foods. You are going to gain knowledge about the most basic nutrition concepts all the way up to what to do about digestive disorders, food intolerances, and food allergies. You will learn how to make the best recipes that are not only great tasting but also healthy for you and your family. So no matter what type of diet you follow; standard American diet, gluten free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, raw based diet, diabetic, etc, we have the meal planning guides and recipes just for you!
