  • More than 12 weeks out from your big-day or competition - tips on building muscle and burning stored body-fat
  • Detailed weight-lifting plan counting down to show day with EXACTLY what to do each week with workouts and nutrition.
  • Personalized nutrition plan based on your goals
  • Personalized weight lifting schedule
  • Count down to big day personalized cardio plan (if needed)
  • Peak week nutrition plan and how to look your best on stage or in front of that camera. 
  • How to prepare the body: water intake, sodium, tanning, etc. 
  • Introductions to the best photographers
  • Monthly & Weekly communication with Liz via skype, text, phone, or email
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Access to a private Facebook group with other figureFIT! teammates for motivation, support, and inspiration 

This 6 month program is broken down into the following segments:

  • 6-8 weeks to build muscle - custom plan
  • 6-8 weeks to build more muscle or maintain - custom plan
  • 12 weeks to refine workouts, nutrition plan, and goals 
  • 1 week for preparation for your big day. Very detailed plan helping you show up your best.
