Many of you are probably traveling this weekend and need a workout that you can do FAST. Well this is a move that you can do that will give you a full body BLAST. Give this a go for 4-5 rounds for 10 reps in each round. Take about 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest in between. BAM! You're done....
